Step One - Planning
It all begins with an idea.
Maybe you are launching a business. Or maybe your existing website is long overdue a glow up! Firstly, fill out our contact form and we’ll arrange a time for a chat so we can go through what you are looking for.

If you’ve chosen one of our packages then we’ll pop over our contract and deposit invoice and set a date to start your project. We’ll then set up access to our Client Portal where you’ll be guided through exactly what information to share with us before your project starts.

We’ll put together a custom proposal and quote for you. Once you’re happy with that we’ll chose a project start date and sort out the contract/deposit. With access to our Client Portal the guess work will be taken out of what you need to send over before your project starts and the process will be streamlined and simple.
Step Two - Styling

If you already have branding in place then we’ll make use of these colours through the design to reinforce your brand. If you are a start-up then talk to us about our brand design services.

We’ll help you choose an overall style and look you’d like to go for.

We also offer a copywriting service if you aren’t a confident writer and can help with keywords and some search engine optimisation (SEO).
Step Three - The Build
A design, feedback, design process.

First we’ll build your new home page and pop a preview over so you can take a peek and give us some feedback.

Using your feedback we’ll tweak the design of the home page and create the rest of the pages. You’ll then be able to review the full site and we’ll be able to refine it.

The exciting part - it’s time to launch your new website!

Ownership of the website will be handed over to you. A training video call will provide you with all the knowledge and confidence to make edits and updates yourself in the future. Luminos don’t believe in gatekeeping your website and charging you a monthly maintenance fee. We believe each business owner should be empowered to own and use their own websites. However, sometimes time is tight or clients just aren’t techy, so we can always offer a pay-as-you-go service for future updates.
